"Heart for Yourself"

This series expounds on the principle that God not only created our heart, but He also created every intricate detail that comes with it. Our hearts are one of the trickiest parts of our being. In fact, Proverbs 4:23 says it like this, “Above all else guard your heart, for out of it flows the issues of life.” If our heart dictates how we live our lives, the choices we make, the feelings we feel, and the relationships we choose, then we must know how to tend it, lead it, and guard it. If we don’t, the circumstances of seasons and the ups and downs that come with every relationship will rule our emotions, behaviors, and responses. God designed us with all of the above, yet He gave us the truth of His word to warn and to instruct how to have a heart that is both content and capable of seizing every season.
