MUSIC / MOOD: What should this video feel like? (Examples: energetic, reverent, cinematic, joyful, intense, peaceful, celebratory) If you already have a song in mind, paste the link here. If not, describe the vibe and we’ll select music that fits. Example: “Builds slowly, emotional at first, big ending”

PURPOSE / AUDIENCE: Why are we creating this video, and who is it for? What action do you want the viewer to take after watching? Who is the primary audience? (first-time guests, church family, youth, parents, volunteers, etc.) Where will this video be used? (Sunday service, social media, website, email, ads). Be as detailed as possible—this helps shape the entire creative direction.

VISUAL DIRECTION / INSPIRATION: Do you have a visual idea or reference in mind? Paste links to videos you like or want to emulate. Briefly explain what you like about them (pace, color, text animation, camera movement, emotion, etc.) If you don’t have references, describe the look you’re imagining. Example: “I like how this video uses slow motion and bold text—it feels powerful and modern.”

DEADLINE: We require a minimum of 3 weeks in advance to place any video orders. When is this video needed by? Is this tied to a specific service date or launch? Rush jobs = limited revisions, so timing matters.
