Day 7: Forgive and Be Forgiven
Scripture:
"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." — 1 John 1:9 (NIV)
Reflection:
Forgiveness is an essential part of prayer. When we ask God to forgive us, we also commit to forgiving others. It’s a two-way street—receiving and extending forgiveness.
Application:
“Father, thank You for Your forgiveness. Help me to forgive those who have hurt me, just as You have forgiven me. Search my heart and reveal any areas where I need Your healing.”

Reflection:
Forgiveness is an essential part of prayer. When we ask God to forgive us, we also commit to forgiving others. It’s a two-way street—receiving and extending forgiveness.
Application:
- Examine Your Heart: Ask God to show you any areas where you may need to ask for forgiveness or offer forgiveness to others.
- Let Go of Grudges and offenses.: Choose to forgive even before the other person asks for it. Forgiveness is a gift we give, not just to others, but to ourselves. Releases things, do not live on offense.
“Father, thank You for Your forgiveness. Help me to forgive those who have hurt me, just as You have forgiven me. Search my heart and reveal any areas where I need Your healing.”
